Водени от разбирането, че в България има силна нужда от съвместни действия в обществото, както и от различен подход в лидерството като цяло, неформална група реши да организира първото Аrt of Hosting обучение в България през май 2013. Обучението събра около 60 представители на бизнеса, НПО, предприемачи и студенти около въпроса “How to focus our personal energies to move forward in a common direction?”. За това първо обучение в страната поканихме екип от опитни практици с богат опит.

Mary-Alice Arthur
She is a facilitator for inspired change. Mary-Alice’s key focus is in creating spaces for people to do their best work together. ‘Inspired’ hearkens to the ability she has to help people to look at their situation from the perspective of positive possibility. ‘Change’ comes when people are supported first to honour, and then move from their strengths, to common and then higher ground. He is specialized in designing and conducting ad hoc seminars mainly in people management and team building, including multi cultural teams. Marc has developed a large experience in participatory leadership with approaches soliciting collective intelligence and active participation. Marc has been teaching management in business schools in France, including executive MBA. He is also engaged in various humanitarian projects, including the Art of Practicing Peace in post conflict zones. One of his core beliefs reflects the Art of Hosting: "in most cases, the necessary resources are already present, in individuals as well as in organizations, to solve their own problems and to create their future, provided that we learn together how to bring the individual and collective knowledge, intelligence, wisdom, creativity and inner courage into play." Marjeta Novak Marjeta worked for ten years in external and internal communications in diverse corporate, diplomatic, educational and non-profit environments, mainly in multicultural teams. Since 2002, she has been working in organisational, team and personal development, specialising in cultural competence and group process facilitation. She enjoys hosting spaces where people of diverse backgrounds engage in real dialogue, exploring and building on their personal, as well as group strengths, in order to co-create solutions they are committed to implement. Her clients include corporations (Renault-Nissan, Lek Sandoz, Erste Bank), nonprofit organisations (National Endowment for Democracy, British Council, International Relief & Development), educational institutions (United World Colleges Organisation, University of Ljubljana) and communities (Innovative Communications movement). Odysseas Valentzas Odysseas does transformative work on the edge of the systemic change. He is working with social enterprises and social movements by offering participatory methodologies to support meaningful conversations and strategic planning.
